I will marry you FREE! To assist any couples that have been unable to marry due to BDM closures or if their celebrant was not available for any reason, I will marry you for free at my office before Wednesday 11:59pm.
As long as you have the appropriate paperwork, a positive attitude and have your heart set on tieing the knot,
